Section 77
Road license to be issued

(1) If an application is made for a road license in accordance with section 76, the authorized officer shall issue a road license in accordance with schedule-7 to use such public vehicle on such road subject to section 78.
(2) The road license granted in accordance with sub-section (1) shall remain valid for four months from the date of its issuance.
